(This paper discusses the MobileSVG standard proposed by the W3C arrangement and its advantages in drawing design, gives a framework system combined with the JavaME platform, discusses the mobile usage software development package provided by the visual Mobile development tool, and proves the superiority of MobileSVG technology in mobile usage development by reconstructing a Java ME handheld software project based on SVG.)
