(The DCN network IP video conferencing system of the Telecom Group Enterprise Network Operation and Maintenance Division was established in about 2000. It adopts the H.323 protocol and MCU networking mode. The network covers the Telecom South 21 Operation and Maintenance Department. On July 27, 2005, the system began to expand, involving the installation and commissioning of the Telecom Group and 26 terminals across the country. The equipment still mainly adopts the Huawei Enterprise VP8000 series. On August 15, the nationwide joint commissioning was realized. At present, the DCN network IP video conference system of the Telecom Group Enterprise Network Operation and Maintenance Division has a total of 59 terminals in the country (including the United States). The largest conference supports 32 768K terminals to join the conference, and supports 4 multi-screen and Supports 2-way rate adaptation, and supports users to hold conferences by themselves through the calling set.)
