文章提出了一种并行视频服务的联接接入控制CAC(ConnectionsAdmissionControl)算法。用网络分解的方法分析了系统存储和传输节.点上视频数据传输延时,并通过对RIP联接进行接入控制,在网络呈现拥塞的状况下,能够确保已联接用户的视频服务质量。

(This paper proposes a connection access control CAC (ConnectionsAdmissionControl) algorithm for parallel video services. The video data transmission delay on the system storage and transmission nodes is analyzed by the method of network decomposition, and the access control of the RIP connection can ensure the video service quality of the connected users under the condition of network congestion.)
