1、修改掉左面栏?bgt;乱码问题;
2、修改不支持中文title(浏览器顶端显示的网站称号和标语)的错误;
3、全面支持论坛中文化(包括中文设置、中文界面、中文图标);
4、添加主页显示论坛最新帖子
5、添加主页新/闻分组分栏显示
6、添加主页nuke时钟
