(Based on the network intrusion/intrusion detection system model of four-layer filtering, this chapter firstly introduces the necessity of using Snort system with firewall technology, and proposes a detailed Machuan scheme of Snort system. It is used for the security risks existing in the public/security network, and the free Snort is used as a network intrusion/intrusion detection system to cooperate with the firewall. It achieves an outstanding role in defense and detection.
