(Sign .NET assemblies with strong names, including assemblies for which you do not have source code. When signing your own project, you may have noticed that if you reference an unsigned third-party assembly, you will get something like "referenced assembly". If you have not created this assembly, you can use this tool to use you Own (or temporarily generated) strong name key signing assembly. The tool will also rewrite assembly references (and any InternalsVisibleTo references) to MATCH the new signed version of the newly created assembly.)
