随着经济的快速发展,人们对通信的需求越来越强烈,对通信质量的要求也越来越高,同时市场的竞争也日趋激烈,所以只有通过不断提高网络的运行维护质量,为用户提供优质的服务,才能更好的赢得市场。这就使得光缆线路的维护任务愈来愈重,线路割接与故障抢修中所涉及的问题也愈来愈多。如果按照传统的方法进电路割接,光缆平均中断4-6小时,这期间造成大量数据和信息的中断,一方面造成巨大的经济损失,另一方面也严重影响了“光纤可用率”“电路可用率”等指标。为适应当今形势,紧跟通信技术的新知识和发展趋势,提高企业的核心竞争力,大家通过长期的实践总结出一套新的“光缆带业务割接”方法,从技术和过程两个方面对原有的割接过程进行改革,将光缆线路割接的业务中断平均时间大大降低,从而确保了“电路可用率”指标的提高。二、光缆带业务割接定义光缆带业务割接:利用已有的电信资源通过各种调度方式避免长时间中断在用业务而进行瞬断(五分钟内)业务的光缆线路割接方式。三、实行光缆带业务割接的含义1、对业务收入的影响目前大家所做的光缆割接所遵循的原则是尽量能够将待割接光缆中的系统调度到其他路由上,系统不能调出的光缆只能停业务进行割接。所以由于割接的平均时长为4-6个小时,而每年的方案割接次数也平均为330次—380次,这样就造成直接经济损失至少近百亿元(理论值)。但如果实行带业务割接,将每条电路的断电时间控制在5分钟内,则会将直接的经济损失减小72倍,控制在亿元左右。
