(In this paper, a tracking technique based on homologous measurement fusion is proposed for networked radar tracking under the trouble of fraudulent policy with multiple distances. The tracking technology includes two parts: homologous measurement fusion and multi-policy tracking. Homologous measurement fusion is equivalent to pre-management of all measurements, and the key lies in the homologous measurement adaptive check threshold scheme
