通过前一阶段的优化，在CDBSC5B、CDBSC5、CDBSC3A、CDBSC3B、CDBSC3E这部分BSC进行了优化后，GSL资源得到更加合理的使用，部分BSC的GSL高使用率得到一定程度的减轻；一同在CDBSC5B进行了部分参数的优化验证，部分参数在优化调整后有明显的改进，建议在后期在全网依据网络实际状况进行合理的优化设置
