(In this paper, a grouping height algorithm DF2Q is proposed and implemented. The most important feature of this scheduling algorithm is the introduction of a response mechanism. Analyzed and talked about the capabilities of DF2Q. Experimental results show that it can well avoid internal congestion and advance resource usage efficiency.)
