(Anti traditional ROS traffic shaping script, simplified package marking code and htbpcq are combined. After downloading and decompressing, three script files are extracted, namely package marking, PCQ type and HTB queue tree. It is OK to change the IP address of DNS tag after importing respectively. The broadband rate is changed according to the actual situation
