(Absrtact: as a new product rising in recent years, network video server has become the core product of the third generation full digital video monitoring system and is increasingly known by engineers and users. However, in the application based on broadband ADSL network, how to realize the real-time access of the monitoring center to the monitoring front end in the dynamic IP address environment at low cost is still one of the difficult problems that perplex many engineering companies and system integrators.
