(Currports displays a list of all tcp/ip and UDP ports currently open on the local computer. For each port in the list, information about the process with the port open is displayed, including process name, complete process path, process version information (product name, file description, etc.), process creation time, and the user who created the process. In addition, currports allows you to close unnecessary TCP connections, end the process of opening ports, and save tcp/udp port information as web page files, XML files, or tab delimited text files. Currports can also automatically use pink to mark suspicious tcp/udp ports requested by unknown programs (applications without version information and icons).
