(2)邮件域名MX记录设置:设置错误将不能找到邮件主机,不能接收外部邮件,系统会对每个MX记录进行检测;
(3)邮件主机解析是否成功:解析不成功将不能接收外部邮件;
(4)邮件主机是否正常工作:工作异常将不能接收外部邮件,系统会对解析出来的每个邮件主机进行检测,即系统支持
(5)群集邮件系统的检测。
(6)邮件主机反向解析检测:未作反向解析的邮件主机,发送的邮件将被很多邮件系统拒收;
(7)邮件主机反垃圾能力安全检测:检测出此邮件主机是否会成为垃圾邮件中转服务器;
(8)邮件主机集群检测:若系统邮件主机是集群部署,则系统会解析出所有邮件主机服务器并逐一进行检测。
2.SMTP服务检测:检查邮件用户是否可以正常的向内外网发送邮件,包括以下检测项目:
(1)SMTP解析检测:如过解析错误使用邮件主机名访问的用户将不能与SMTP服务器建立连接;
(2)SMTP连接检测:如果不能成功链接,影响邮件用户发送邮件服务;
(3)SMTP反向解析检测:未作反向解析发送出去的邮件将会被很多邮件服务器拒收;
(4)SMTP反垃圾能力的安全检测:检测此SMTP是否会成为垃圾邮件中转服务器。
(5)SMTP身份认证检测:未通过身份认证邮件用户将不能正常使用SMTP服务;
(6)SMTP集群服务器检测:若系统SMTP是群集部署,则系统会解析出所有SMTP服务器逐一进行检测。
3.POP3服务检测:检查邮件用户是否可以使用邮件客户端通过POP3接收邮件,包括以下检测项目:
(1)POP3解析检测:解析错误邮件用户将不能与POP3服务器建立连接;
(2)POP3连接检测:如果不能与POP3服务器建立连接,邮件用户将不能通过POP3客户端(Foxmail、Outlook)收取邮件
(3)POP3登陆检测:如登陆失败POP3服务不能正常工作,邮件用户将不能通过POP3客户端(Foxmail、Outlook)收取
邮件;
(4)POP3集群服务器检测:若系统POP3是集群部署,则系统会解析出所有POP3服务器逐一进行检测。
4.发送流程检测:检查邮件用户是否可以向内外网发送邮件,并被对方成功的接收,包括以下检测项目:
(1)向内网发送邮件检测:模拟邮件用户向自己发送邮件,检测邮件是否成功发送,并成功接收;
(2)向外网发送邮件检测:模拟用户向常用的外网(163、sina)等邮箱,发送邮件,并检测外网邮箱是否成功接收
5.接收流程检测:检查邮件用户是否可以接收来自内外网的邮件,包括以下检测项目:
(1)接收来自内网邮件检测:模拟内网邮件用户向内网邮件用户发信,检测是否成功接收来自内网的邮件;
(2)接收来自外网邮件检测:模拟外网邮件用户向内网邮件用户发信,检测是否成功的接收来自外网的邮件。
