打开通讯录——点击公众号，在公众号头像上按F7获取位置。
在头像上右击，有一个取消关注按钮，把鼠标放在取消关注按钮上，按F8。
点击取消关注，有个OK，把鼠标放在OK键上，按F9。
F10开始自动取消关注
