(With reference to the MobileSVG specification, this paper builds a usage model for using SVG documents to arrange and store map data. On this basis, using J2ME software development technology, the key technologies for realizing various functions of mobile GIS services on the opponent computer are theoretically discussed and developed in J2ME related development packages, mainly with the support of JSR-226 for SVG document parsing and operation.
