(Lua is a delicate scripting language. It is a research group in the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. It was established by Roberto Irusalimschy, WaldemarCeles and Luiz Henrique de Figueiredo and developed in 1993. Its design intent is to embed the user program, so as to provide flexible extension and customization functions for the user program. Lua is written by specification C. It can be compiled and run on almost all OS platforms. Lua does not provide a strong library, which is determined by its positioning. Therefore, Lua is not suitable for developing independent programs. Lua has a JIT project, which provides instant compilation on a specific platform.)
