网络基础安全技术要求
本规范用以指导设计者如何设计和实现具有所需求的安全维护等级的网络系统，主要说明为实现GB17859—1999中每一个安全维护等级的安全请求，网络系统应采纳的安全技术措施，以及各安全技术请求在不一样安全维护等级中具体区别。(This specification is used to guide the designer how to design and implement the network system with the required security maintenance level. It mainly describes the security technical measures that the network system should adopt in order to realize the security requirements of each security maintenance level in GB17859-1999, and the various security technical measures to be adopted by the network system. Security technical requirements are specifically differentiated in different security maintenance levels.)
