PECompact 2.x-3.x 加强压缩编码引擎
PECompact 2.x-3.x 壳的加强压缩编码引擎，主要使用了新型算术压缩编码的方法，可有效提高PECompact 2.78-3.11的压缩率。实测压缩率比自带压缩级别最好的LZMA2编码更大。适用某些体积要求的场合，但需要耗费较多的解压缩的时间。
将pec2codec_lpaq8.dll复制到PECompact的安装目录下，在设置中手动添加并选定使用的编码引擎即可。
注意，有某些系统下可能会不兼容。
(The enhanced compression coding engine of PECompact 2.x-3.x shell mainly uses new arithmetic compression coding methods, which can effectively improve the compression rate of PECompact 2.78-3.11.
The measured compression rate is greater than the LZMA2 code with the best compression level. It is suitable for occasions with certain volume requirements, but it takes more time to decompress.
Copy pec2codec_lpaq8.dll to the installation directory of PECompact, manually add and select the encoding engine used in the settings.
