基于LGPL v3协议的类似于OD的汇编库XEDParse
原版XEDP是生成dll的，我新增了编译lib版。但是lib版在汇编指令时需要先调用一个函数，因为在dll版中，该函数在dllMain被调用.
(The original version of XEDP generated dll, and I added a compiled lib version.
But the lib version needs to call a function first when assembling instructions, because in the dll version, the function is called in dllMain.)
