emlog 标题重复判断插件
发表文章前，判断标题是否重复。 当标题重复时，输入框会以红色突出显示。触发条件：标题输入框失去焦点时，发布和保存按钮被按下时。
自动保存没有判断，但是输入标题可以立即判断是否重复，所以不会是自动保存的时间。
