本系列课程从临床医学、分子生物学、医学统计学和生物信息学的角度，介绍SNP数据、基因表达数据、表观遗传数据和非编码RNA数据的处理，课程还将讲解发表医学SCI论文的经验 以结合生物医学数据库、数据挖掘方法和生物信息学方法的综合案例分析的形式。(This series of courses introduces the processing of SNP data, gene expression data, epigenetic data and noncoding RNA data from the perspective of clinical medicine, molecular biology, medical statistics and bioinformatics.
