用户查询是通常用户登录系统到通常用户界面可以对文档进行查询然后查阅文档内容。管理员首要负责对文档信息的管理和用户信息管理，文档信息管理首要是对归档文档信息的更改，删去等操作。用户信息管理同样是对用户信息的添加，删去，更新的操作。(User query refers to that the user can query the document and then consult the document content when logging in the system to the normal user interface. The administrator is primarily responsible for the management of document information and user information, and the document information management is primarily responsible for the change and deletion of archived document information.
