第一个NDK程序完成的方法
配置ndk比较费事，新版本的ndk不再需求cygwin，已经集成进去了。并且发现有两种不同的方法，取决于本地函数放在acticity中仍是单独自定义的函数中(It is difficult to configure the NDK. The new version of the NDK no longer requires cygwin and has been integrated.
